1. Nature of the Service
North Attleborough Residents Directory is a private reference service. It describes and links to public record routes, indexes, and directory collections relevant to North Attleborough, Massachusetts. It does not host government files and has no affiliation with any custodian, court, or office.
2. Permitted Use
Use the service only for lawful purposes. You may not use it, or information reached through it, to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make FCRA-regulated decisions (credit, employment, tenant, insurance)
- Scrape, copy, or republish the site's content at scale

3. No Consumer Reporting Service

6. Liability Limits
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of this service or an outside resource, including decisions made from a linked record.
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold the service operators harmless from claims or demands, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from misuse of the service or a breach of these terms.
8. Copyright
The original text, design, logo, and layout are protected by copyright. Linking to a page and quoting a short attributed excerpt is allowed. Republishing full pages or systematically copying the content is not.
9. Changes
We may revise these terms by posting an updated version here. Continued use after a revision indicates acceptance.
10. Access Restrictions
We may block or limit access, without notice and in our discretion, for a user who violates these terms or abuses the service.
11. Governing Law
Massachusetts law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Massachusetts Public Records Law, M.G.L. c. 66 §10, and its associated exemptions in G.L. c. 4 §7 cl. 26 apply to public-record requests as described by the responsible custodian; they do not alter these private terms.
12. Severability
If a provision of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
